COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Rep Route Working Holidays, part of The Tropic Group, have been operating for 5 years having been founded in 2019 - during that time our company has taken thousands of young party people abroad to live their dream in working a summer season abroad in the likes of Tenerife, Zante, Ibiza, Bali & beyond. Our company was founded by holiday reps who wished to share their experience in helping others feel the joy that working abroad brings each season. Rep Route offer their guests workers packages including all of the essentials to assist in setting them up in resort to work & / or holiday for long periods of time typically lasting one month on average.
The Tropic Group LTD operates in a number of different areas in which the ideal candidate would be working alongside including Tropic Attire (Clothing Range), The Tropic Academy (DJ Academy) as well as successfully running Tropic Events throughout party destinations based in Greece, predominantly.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Being part of our office based Resort Recruitment Team your main role will involve delivering fun, enjoyable and quality service to our amazing clients both through social media & telephone calls as well as face-to-face events in which Rep Route shall be running in alignment with our student events company partners in the city. You will be handling high volumes of applications from our clients who wish to spend their summer season abroad whilst managing the scheduling of phone calls and the execution of these consultations (mostly by telephone). Your main objective as a member of the Resort Recruitment Team shall be securing sign ups of these applicants to maximise your own personal earnings.
Sales | Customer Service
You shall be working towards targets set by your office manager to obtain as many successful sign ups as possible each week & month. This involving a level of proactivity and self-management in the organisation of these phone call consultations. Through each successful sign up the commission earned can vary from £25 - £150 per person. Full Training will be provided to the successful candidates in order to host and handle these calls appropriately.
Lead Generation
Part of your role will involve the generation of leads, in other words you'll be tasking with finding people who would be interested in spending their summer season working abroad (everybody surely, right?). Likewise, full training on these method will be provided, however, the main methods will involve Social Media Page management, E-Campaigns and OutReach Campaigns.
OutReach Campaigns: These till involve work out of the office with the view of obtaining new leads. This could be working at our student events at the RR Stalls, Flyer Distributions, Business 2 Business meetings as well as many more ways. Essentially you will not be chained to your desk and there will be daily ventures out of the office to secure these targets.
Resort Work
As a member of the RR Office Team you'll benefit from travel and accommodation in the resorts that we operate in (Zante & Ibiza) this Summer 2024. What this means is you will have the opportunity to move from the office to the resort for as long as you wish either continuing the Resort Recruitment Work in which you will be well versed in by this point OR there may be potential for you to work as a Holiday Rep or event a Resort Manager.
