HOW TO APPLY AND WHAT TO EXPECT
APPLYING TO WORK ABROAD
WE'VE CREATED A STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO SHOW YOU HOW EASY IT IS TO SIGN UP TO WORK ABROAD THIS COMING SUMMER 2023
STEP 1
FILL IN YOUR DETAILS
To SECURE your desired resort's workers package you will first need to complete and submit our Rep Route Workers application form.

Provide us with your information

Submit!
A member of our recruitment team shall then be in touch OR should your application meet our requirements you shall automatically be taken to the Book Now page where you shall be able to secure your workers package.

STEP 2
SECURE YOUR SPACE
Once you have submitted your application should you be accepted all that's left to do is to secure your workers package!
Secure your place by selecting your arrival date & time (this is so that we can arrange your airport pick-up!), select one of our Rep Route Reps in the staff section, finalise your registration details and secure.
Finalise your booking with a small deposit payment and you're all set to work abroad with us! Your Booking Confirmation shall process automatically detailing everything included in your workers package as well as what to expect in the build up to travelling to your selected resort to maximise your experience!
STEP 3
JOIN THE MEMBERS GROUP
Now your Workers Package is secured & booked you'll be invited to join the Rep Route Workers 2023 Groups & Group chats!
Start getting to know the other RR Workers you shall be sharing your summer with & the Reps that shall be guiding you. This is a great way to find other RR Members arriving on your date. By being part of the group this shall allow you to decide who you would like to share your workers accommodation with.
Once Booked & Secured the link to join these shall be within your Confirmation!
STEP 4
You're now fully set up and ready to go spend your summer abroad! Therefore, it's important to start getting organised as early as possible. Flights, Travel Insurance, Travel Money Cards, Spending Money, Summer Wardrobe to name a few!
As the Summer season edges closer we shall begin discussing available job roles for RR Members.

STEP 5
TRAVELLING TO RESORT
The week prior to your arrival you shall be added into a private RR Workers Group chat including all members due to arrive on the same dates. At this stage, we shall confirm apartment sharing details & also provide you with the information on transfers and where/ when you will meet your RRep upon arrival.
Once your Rep has collected you and taken you to your new accommodation you'll be given some time to get settled. Your RRep shall then explain to you their duties to you as well as giving you the events & activity information on what we have planned for your first week in resort!
STEP 6
LIVE THE DREAM
During your first week in resort your reps shall be hosting a variety of events, excursions, group nights out to enable you to gain an understanding of the resort, the people you'll be sharing your season with, the venues and most importantly our recruitment partners.
After a week of wavy boat parties, private villa BBQs, exotic pool parties & speed boat adventures (to name but a few of the options!) we'll be hosting our weekly Recruitment Day. We shall have of already spoken to you about which role you wish to do abroad and will look to formally introduce you to your chosen employer to get you started!
Our RR Reps shall be on hand to assist should you require any support or be seeking alternative recruitment options as well as hosting regular events and excursions every day for you to get involved in as much as you like with regular new arrivals joining our RR Family throughout the summer!
