HOW IT WORKS

ARRIVAL TO RESORT

Should you apply and be accepted all you need to do is complete your booking. You will then be added to the secret groups. Our Online Support Reps shall assist you in selecting the perfect flight. Upon arrival to resort you shall be met by your rep who shall check you in to your accommodation & introduce you to the others you shall be sharing your summer in the sun with!

INTRODUCTORY WEEK

Spend your first week in resort experiencing Europe's biggest events, tastiest restaurants & exciting excursions all alongside your new Rep Route Workers friends. This is a great way to get to know the island as well as meeting potential recruiters and senior workers of the island. Your rep shall be on hand to ensure you have a wicked time whilst providing any support you may need.

LIVE THE DREAM

When you are ready to start, your rep will spend some time hosting recruitment days, providing any relevant training and regular information about available job roles. We predominantly look to recruit you as a Holiday Rep but have many available roles through our partners we have built over the past 4 years! You're now settled and living the dream in Ibiza for the summer!

DO I NEED DOCUMENTS  TO WORK IN IBIZA?

To enable you to legally work in Ibiza, you’ll need a NIE Number and Social Security. Don’t worry if you’re unfamiliar, our expert reps will guide you once you're in the resort. If you’re not an EU citizen, such as someone from the United States, Canada, or Australia, you’ll typically need a visa to work on the island.

HOW OLD DO YOU NEED TO BE TO WORK IN IBIZA?

You must be at least 18 years old to work full-time in Ibiza. This is primarily due to many available roles being in alcohol-serving venues. Most of our guests are between 18–29, so it’s easy to connect with others on the same journey during your working holiday in Ibiza.

WHAT ARE THE WAGES LIKE IN IBIZA?

In peak season, you can earn more than €100 per day. On average, wages are around €40 per shift—not including tips and commission. It’s a great way to fund your experience while enjoying every part of island life.

IS IT EXPENSIVE LIVING IN IBIZA?

Ibiza is one of the pricier resorts, but the minimum wage usually covers basic living expenses. Rep Route offers guests helpful perks, like wristbands for discounted or free entry to clubs and guestlist access, to help stretch your budget.

WHAT PERSONALITY SUITS WORKING IN IBIZA?

Ibiza welcomes all personality types. Whether you're laid back or love the spotlight, the island lets you be who you are. Working in social environments like bars or lounges helps you meet people and grow your confidence. CAN I WORK IN BARS IN IBIZA?

Yes! Most jobs in Ibiza are in hospitality, bars, clubs, restaurants, and shisha lounges are always hiring. Bar experience isn’t essential. Come with an open mind and strong work ethic, and you’ll thrive. It’s a fun, interactive way to enhance both your social and work experience.

WHEN IS THE SEASON IN IBIZA?

“The season" begins in May and lasts through September. Arriving early gives you more opportunities to choose the right job and meet fellow workers as they arrive.
