Day ONE of your Ibiza Adventure has arrived! Your RR Resort Reps shall be on hand to meet you and transport you from the airport upon arrival. Once at your accommodation, grab a refreshment by the pool and allow us to give you all the details on what is going to go down during your time in Ibiza with your new RR Family members. Once checked in to your accommodation, you'll have a chance to unpack and settle before the evenings antics take place. The RR aRRivals baRR cRRawl is the perfect way to get to know the best nearby and most famous venues in San Antonio and we'll be taking you into them all alongside 40+ other fresh arrivals. With drinking games, challenges and more we'll be getting to know each other that little bit better before ending the night in the well known Eden Nightclub!

After an action packed first few days it's time to chill, nothing beats a pool day, frozen daiquiri in hand, sit back & relax. As the sun begins to set we light up the BBQ for an all you can eat feast the perfect way to cap off your first few days in Ibiza sunshine. With today being our RR Reps designated Day Off Duty you'll have the luxury of spending today as you please. With some stunning beaches nearby as well as access to our local swimming pools you can choose to chill by the pool and top up the tan, maybe begin getting on top of some laundry or simply drinking some more at one of the many events Ibiza has on daily. The choice is yours!

Wake up nice and 'fresh' to your first Ibiza Sunrise and join the rest of the RR Crew for our first Breakfast Club of the Summer down by the Pueto Beachfront with spectacular views across the ocean. There's no time to rest as today you'll be sampling your very first Ocean Beach Club day session! Starting early from around 2pm we'll have the very best table booths secured for our team to enjoy top class DJs, whacky entertainment and a variety of bottles ranging from Vodkas to Champagne by the pool. If you haven't been to O Beach before you'll have certainly at least heard of the lavish poolside luxury club and the world class entertainment this offers on a regular basis throughout the summer season. 
The evening shall consist of a group meal at one of the resorts top restaurants before the evenings antics begin to take over the Ibiza strip!

Day 6 you'll be experiencing arguably the biggest outdoor club in Europe: Ushuaia!
Experience the #1 outdoor club in Ibiza with the most famous stage in the island—the club that opens its doors first while the sun is still up. With the party starting from 4pm and continuing into the night our crew will be heading through to Bossa together to embark on an epic session with a variety of the worlds biggest DJ names!
Dance, be amazed by the spectacle, feel the energy of Ushuaïa Ibiza, and enjoy the performances of the world’s best DJs. Vibe. Celebrate. Get into the groove of those who break the rules.

Your Third day in resort will bring a welcome break from the alcohol infused madness with the first of many RR Adventure Days! You'll be joined by all of the RR Reps and Workers on our first excursion out of the San Antonio Resort and into the world of Ibiza with a number of options such as Speed Boat Adventures, Private Villa BBQs, Quad Bike Days Out, Playa D'en Bossa Visits and many more exciting ventures in which your RR Reps have in store for you. We'll be hosting a RR Adventure each week meaning you'll have your chance at getting away from the madness and sampling what the White Isle has to offer outside of the craziness. With a big day out planned for the following day you may choose to relax this evening or quite the opposite - either is all good and our RR Reps shall be on hand to keep you all entertained. 

Recruitment Day: Those that haven't managed to secure your dream summer job as yet, let's get down to business! The rep team shall be hosting a recruitment day by the pool bar where they shall advise of all the available job roles through our partners. We'll match you up to the perfect role for you and secure a start date to get you up and running. If you're serious about getting summer work make sure you attend!

Boat Party Day: Ibiza is home of Europe's most exhilarating boat parties providing the ultimate experience year on year! This year our Boat Party partners, Pukka Up, shall be celebrating 20 Years At Sea meaning more mad surprises in store for this years rave on the waves.  Operating as one of the biggest and most popular boat parties in Ibiza, providing a full day of drinking, scintillating sea views and one mad session in the middle of the Balearic sea. With a 50:50 Girl / Boy ratio combined with state of the art DJs & a whole load of alcoholic refreshments prepare yourself to join Ibiza's biggest sea shanty! Your fellow RR Workers & Reps shall be partying alongside you throughout the day with private booths and bottles thrown in for our biggest party so far - get ready to rock on crystal clear waters and don't miss the boat!

Now your first week in Ibiza is complete it's time to settle into the Ibiza Workers Lifestyle. With your dream job secured you now have all the foundations you need for the summer of your life. Your Rep Route Rep Team shall be accessible at all times. Be at ease knowing your Rep Team are there for you 24/7 to assist with anything you may need during your time in the resort.
