COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Rep Route Working Holidays, part of The Tropic Group, have been operating for 5 years having been founded in 2019 - during that time our company has taken thousands of young party people abroad to live their dream in working a summer season abroad in the likes of Tenerife, Zante, Ibiza, Bali & beyond. Our company was founded by holiday reps who wished to share their experience in helping others feel the joy that working abroad brings each season. Rep Route offer their guests workers packages including all of the essentials to assist in setting them up in resort to work & / or holiday for long periods of time typically lasting one month on average.
The Tropic Group LTD operates in a number of different areas in which the ideal candidate would be working alongside including Tropic Attire (Clothing Range), The Tropic Academy (DJ Academy) as well as successfully running Tropic Events throughout party destinations based in Greece, predominantly.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Working as a Rep Route Holiday Representative your main task will be to ensure all guests have a positive experience. Your role will involve pre-arrival communication with our guests to inform them of what they have to look forward to once they travel out to resort to join you and the rest of the crew. From airport pick up duties to check-in management, no day of the week is the same whilst working as a RR Rep.
As part of this job the ideal candidates will need to of had some experience in working a summer season before as well as good organisational skills and spreadsheet understanding. You'll be looking after all of our lovely guests throughout their Rep Route journey: Airport Pick Ups > Welcome Meetings > Accommodation Check Ins.
Throughout our guests first week in resort they shall be experiencing all of the biggest and best events that the island has to offer alongside the rest of the group. As a RR Rep your job will be to keep everybody organised in order to get all bodies to the event venues and to make sure everybody has a good time once there. Whilst the majority of the role will involve escorting guests to exceptional events therein also lays a duty of assisting in the acquisition of jobs through out recruitment partners.
Regular RR Team Meetings do take place with a high focus on organisation and management of documentation relating to the resorts operations. As a member of this team you may be required to host meetings with our guests and to handle documents.
Overall, ensuring all is well in the resort and that all guests are happy is the main task whilst enjoying a number of major perks in the likes of free event tickets, complimentary drinks and in many cases free food at the resorts most popular restaurants.
