Before you head out, make sure to fill in your flight details in the Manage My Booking section. This helps us coordinate your airport pickup and ensures a seamless arrival experience.

📱 2. Connect with Your Reps

Add your RR reps on Facebook as soon as possible. This allows you to message them directly for any questions or assistance during your stay. Staying connected is key to making the most of your time abroad.

🛬 3. Airport Pickup Information

Airport pickup is included only on Wednesdays. If you're arriving on a different day, please arrange your own transfer to the resort. For more details, refer to our How It Works page.

Your RR adventure kicks off with a Welcome Meeting where you'll:
