DO I NEED DOCUMENTS TO WORK IN IBIZA?
To enable you to legally work in Ibiza you shall require a NIE Number & Social Security. Don't worry if you haven't heard of there or how to obtain them, our expert reps shall guide you through the process once you are in resort. If your country is outside of the European Union and you are not an EU citizen then you do need a visa. Those from the United States, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world usually need a visa to do any work on the island.
HOW OLD DO YOU NEED TO BE TO WORK IN IBIZA?
Our guests have to be 18 years old to work full-time in Ibiza, whether or not you’re an EU citizen. The reason for this is that a lot of the jobs going are in venues which serve alcohol.
Most of our guests are between the ages of 18-29 so it’ll be super easy for you to find like-minded people to make friends with during your stay.
WHAT ARE THE WAGES LIKE IN IBIZA?
Once in peak season you can be earning more than €100 per day, work hard and you’ll be reap the rewards.

IS IT EXPENSIVE LIVING IN IBIZA?
Ibiza can be one of the more expensive resorts when it comes down to prices. However, you will find that the minimum wage is enough for your monthly allowances. The majority of jobs in Ibiza operate around the hospitality sector, meaning the likes of bars, clubs, restaurants & shisha venues are always on the lookout for staff members to join their team. Barwork is very popular with our guests and is a great way to meet people and make new friends.
You don't need bar experience to get barwork in Ibiza as most venues will offer training once you are in resort. Should you arrive with an open mind and the work ethic employers are looking for you shall have no problems here. You shall be serving drinks and chatting with other tourists and party people, adding to not only theirs but also your own holiday experience.
WHEN IS THE SEASON IN IBIZA?
“The Season” in Ibiza refers to the most popular time of the year for tourists on the island. We start bringing our guests at the beginning of May, just as the season is kicking off. This gives you more of an opportunity to find the best job for you and meet new friends just as they are arriving too. Ibiza gets busier throughout the rest of the season, from May right through to September.
