Covid Restrictions no more, what does this mean..
Zante 2022 is all set to be the biggest summer of the Covid era, with restrictions in place the past two summers hindering dancefloors, event crowds & DJ/ Special Guest appearances the recent news form the Greek government has been extremely welcomed with all of this set to change this upcoming summer! Let's break down what that means for the S22 Summer Season and what you have to look forward to!
On 06/10/21 Greece confirmed nightclubs will be back to normal for Summer 2022 with music and dancing once again permitted! The past 3 Summers worth of frustrated UK tourists ready to take over Zante taken in to account means it’s going to be BUSY. We strongly recommend securing early as flights, hotels, villas and events are going to sell out rapidly.
So, you can now with 100% certainty expect full on madness again in Laganas as the clubs re-open and the once thriving event scene kicks off with a bang. After two years of utter misery it’s going to be a beautiful site to behold as the party’s start up again next Summer!

Standing Up
If you were in the resort either of the past two summer seasons amidst the covid pandemic we imagine you weren't put off by the potential risks and/or rules which may have of affected your holiday. For ourselves having seen how amazing the resort has been in seasons prior to these we can safely say it has been a little bit frustrating. With that being said it has been different with all venues ruled to ensure all party people are seated and table service only, however, we came here to party, dance and get up to silly antics and outrageous behaviours!
This summer all of this is to be scrapped meaning you'll be able to dance to your hearts content whilst downing as many headf&ckers as you can handle in the resorts biggest nightclubs sampling Tech House tunage at Rescue Club or having a shimmy to cheesy tunes at Cherry Bay with these venues open 'til the early hours
Not only is this a massive boost to the bars and clubbing experience for S22, with the removal of the table seating rules the comeupance of the resorts latest and most popular events is all set to be taken to new levels. Our partners Tropic Events have been hosting popular parties throughout the covid restrictions such as Aloha Pool Party & Aztech Beach Club Sessions: Music, Great Vibes, Top Drinks & Amazing Hosts, however the main thing that has been missing is the carefree dancing and romancing that is normally the highlight of your holiday! We're delighted and excited to see how much better these events can be this summer with some serious parties under the Zante sun!

Curfew & Music Ban Removal
S20 & S21 whilst enjoyable did unfortunately suffer from the introduction of curfews at pivotal times of the season. From a tourist perspective this is not what the resort needed with people expected back in their hotels by 12am latest. Some positives from this included some pretty spectacular Project-X style after parties in hotels, in particular Savvas De Mar and TZ-Zante with scenes you could beforehand only imagine - drunk party people around the pool at midnight continuing the session under the moonlight!
S22 see's the removal of these curfews meaning no more having to hit the strip at 6pm! Nights out from this summer onwards are back to lasting as long as you can handle, Cherry Bay's famous Weekender parties shall return meaning you can party until 8am or whenever it hits that time to grab a Gyros & Cheesy chips en route back to the hotel.
With several venues parties peaking after midnight you can safely be sure of sampling Laganas nightlife to it's fullest and there's no longer any rush to hit the top / busiest destinations.
DJ / Special Guests
With the restrictions of numbers permitted within events this also spelled the end of huge DJs / Celebrity performances on the big stages.
This year however you can expect the return of popular cult heroes on the stages of Zante's most popular party venues such as Pure Beach Club & El Paradisio (formally known as Republic), both of which have hosted the likes of: Hannah Wants, Michael Bibi, Solardo, Jay 1, Dappy & more huge names!
Regular residents of the resort include two huge names in Tom Zanetti (hosting Addicted Beach Club Party every Tuesday) and Joel Corry with his weekly residence in Rescue Night Club bringing the vibes and arguably the biggest nights of your Zante summer experience.
Return of Huge Events

Full Moon Bar Crawl combines the best of the original Full Moon Party with Europe’s Biggest Bar Crawl. Every Monday we start on the Zante strip and make our way down going bar to bar with the finish line being CherryBay!
Expect stitch ups, drinking games, discounted bars and a lot of FUN! No need to pre drink before this event. We’ll visit each of Zante’s best bars, downing a couple of themed Zante cocktails before ending the night in the World Famous CherryBay! We want everyone to make it to the finish line!
Aztech Jungle Beach Club Sessions
AZTECH JUNGLE is the ultimate House and Tech party, going off every Sunday at the prestigious Infinity Beach Club. With EXOTIC views, Premium Cocktails, Rolling Basslines & immaculate vibes get ready to keep on pumping until the sun goes down!
Infinity Beach Club is located directly on Laganas Beach, only a 5-minute walk from Laganas Main Street and just a ten-minute drive from Zakynthos Airport.
