We cater for groups of all sizes: Friends being boring? How Does It Work?

You can SECURE your Space to JOIN us in Ibiza this summer with a deposit payment of £1, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to your chosen arrival date. This SECURES your booking, you'll then instantly receive a Booking Confirmation confirming your arrival date, the elements of your package and a payment plan that suits you. Within the Booking Confirmation shall be your invitation to JOIN the Ibiza 2024 Group & Group chat where you shall be able to begin meeting fellow Rep Route guests & workers instantly to begin making friends before you've even left for the resort.

Our Online Support Team shall be on hand to answer any queries or questions you may have before, during and after travelling to resort. You'll receive contact from our in resort rep team shortly before you are due to arrive to give you instructions of where to find us once you've arrived in to the airport to allow us to provide yor private airport pick up service. Once you've arrived at the hotel grab a cocktail or pint by the pool and allow us to introduce you to the rest of the Rep Route Family that shall have of arrived on the same day as you! Our Rep Team shall go over the plans for the week which will be packed full of party events such as Bar Crawls, Pool Parties, Beach Club Sessions & Wavy Boat Parties but also a variety of day trips such as Playa D'en Bossa & Waterpark visits to keep things varied! Throughout your week with us in resort you'll meet loads of other party people whilst expereincing some of the best events the island has to offer this summer, our experienced rep team shall be accessible 24/7 during your time with us to ensure you have the summer of your life!

At the end of your stay with us in resort you'll receive access to private airport drop offs from our experienced rep team once again. Should you wish to extend your stay with us in resort or even stay to work for Louder Events this would also be an option for our guests and can be discussed with our rep team whilst in resort.

At the end of your first week in resort we will look to introduce you to an employer dependant on your desired job role. We do everything in our power to source opportunities for our guests and provide training and guidance to ensure they all have the best chance of doing well in resort!
