HOUSE RULES (Please Read Carefully)
1. No damage to be caused to the accommodation you are allocated to. You must leave the accommodation in the same cleanly condition as it was found in. In the event of damages, the cost must be paid immediately or all individuals in the apartment can lose their deposit.
2. A MINIMUM of 7 days notice has to be given should you decide to leave your accommodation early to receive your deposit back.
3. You must return the key provided at check-in at check out. A fee of 10 EUR will be charged if key not returned.
4. ANY violence / aggression / bullying behaviour towards other guests is strictly not allowed.
This WILL result in eviction. (This includes Rep Route & Hotel Staff)
5. Loud music & making noise inside of your room or on your balcony is STRICTLY NOT ALOWED between 10PM - 10AM. NO large Pre/After parties on the balcony.
6. Rooms must be cleaned regularly and upheld in a reasonable & hygienic condition throughout your stay.
7. Do not leave rubbish outside your doors or in corridors.
8. Bed Swapping without permission is strictly not allowed.
9. Overnight Guests (If approved by your Rep)can stay a maximum of 2 consecutive nights as to not disrupt the happiness of your room mates
10. BALCONY HOPPING is strictly NOT ALLOWED. For your own safety it is strictly prohibited.
11. For apartments with Air conditioning, the use without payment is strictly prohibited and may cause immediate eviction, and you will have to pay the bill.
12. Keep your door and balcony shut at night.
If you choose to leave the accommodation earlier than the date of check out, you are NOT entitled to apply or receive a refund and your space will be terminated for the remaining time. You cannot check back in.
