RR Zante+ 2023 Events Week Package

The RR Zante+ Events Week Package is the Official Itinerary of all RR guests out in resort to ensure all of the biggest events are taken care off prior to your arrival to party paradise! You'll be sampling the biggest piece possible of all the different varieties of events that Zante has to offer ranging from tropical themed pool parties, raves on the waves with huge boat party antics to premium styled beach club sessions alongside your new RR Family & Friends. 

You'll be partying alongside up to 100+ other RR Workers & Guests throughout the entire week with each event hosted by our 24/7 Accessible RR Rep Team who will be making sure you have the best party experience possible. 

WEDNESDAY

Arrivals Bar Crawl 

Time: 10pm

Every Wednesday means one thing: aRRivals baRR cRRawl time! With a fresh injection of party people joining us on the island we'll be hosting the ultimate BNO to ensure all of our new guests have a wicked first night out on the famous Laganas strip! We'll be taking the Crawl along to SIX of the resorts most popular venues, accompanied by the RR crew and Reps, before finishing up in Zante's most famous clubs. Throughout the crawl you can expect a number of party games, competitions and high profile prizes to be won whilst getting to know your new RR Family members that little bit better! The ABC is the perfect way to become acclimatised to the resort and what it's venues have got to offer you this summer 2023!

Champagne Sessions Pool Party

Summer is calling and that means it’s time to get ready for the absolutely unmissable event of the year – Champagne Sessions Zante. This VIP party for Zante 2023 has a crazy amount in store, including special guest appearances, instagrammable props and a bunch of exciting games and competitions. With all this and even more surprises waiting for you on the day, it’s time to head down to the hottest party on the island.

Welcome to the Jungle is our Neon jungle-themed event for summer 2023! The theme is neon Jungle with a festival vibe and bassline as our special guest DJ line-up all bringing the bass. Why not check out our event calendars to see who is there in your week?

Be sure to pack your animal print for this take on Ibiza’s infamous Zoo project, with a drum and bass twist. This event is held at Sizzle club, one of Zante’s top clubs on the main Laganas strip. There will be plenty of photo opportunities available to show off your Zoo fits, and a full air-conditioned club so you can two-step the night away or chill in one of the VIP booths for a boujee night.

Sun Set Sessions is the ultimate day session party going off every Monday at the Zante favourite venue, Malibooz Beach Bar. With EXOTIC views partnered with palm trees, FRUITY cocktails, JUICY tunes & FUNKY vibes get ready to Tropic like it's hot!  Malibooz has become famous for it's frozen cocktails, Malibu inspired delights and extensive menu of snacks served amid the backdrop of scintillating views of the Ionain sea on Laganas beachfront. 3 of our Tropic Academy DJs perform sets back to back giving samples of a variety of music genres for all tastes, drinking games, competitions and good vibes allow for an amazing day party by the sea.

Aloha Pool Party is BACK for Summer 2023, the return of our TROPICAL Hawaiian themed poolside party plays host to a FRESH DJ line up, pool games, competitions and VIP prize giveaways all marshalled by our Resident MC, DJ Optymun.   Zante's Aloha Pool Party has been UPGRADED to include an (optional) HOUR OPEN BAR to get the party started with some big house, tech, DnB & bassline tunes from our very own Tropic Academy!

RR Discount Wristband

The RR Discount Wristband will be yoru go-to weapon to save you loads this summer season! You'll save money with all of our partner venues in resort which includes the likes of restaurants, bars, clubs, excursions and even events! Fast Food venues such as Big Boys & BJs will also offer you hefty discounts meaning quite literally all types of cuisines and drinking holes will be available to you at a discounted cost. On average the RR Discount Wristband can save you up to 200 EUR per week!

Events Package Options: 

By securing your RR Zante+ Events Week Package now you will be ensuring that your space on board each of these events has been confirmed - that means that you'll have no reason to worry about events selling out (they will) as you'll already be on board and secured to experience these amazing events this Summer 2023 season in your first week in resort. In confirming your space onboard these events now you'll also be ensuring you have more money to spend whilst out in resort this season meaning less presure on having to begin work straight away. Your Events Package Ticket Options are as follows: 

Deposit Now | Weekly Instalments:

Should you opt for the 'Deposit Now | Weekly Instalments' option this shall allow you to secure your RR Zante+ Events Week Package with a deposit of £25. Your remaining balance (£100) would then be paid off in weekly instalments. The weekly instalment amount will be £20 per week for the following 5 weeks (Each Friday). 

Please Note: In the case that your Arrival Date is within 5 weeks the amount in which you have remaining to pay upon arrival can be paid in resort to the RR Rep Team. 

Deposit Now | Monthly Instalments: 

Should you opt for the 'Deposit Now | Monthly Instalments' option this shall allow you to secure your RR Zante+ Events Week Package with a deposit of £25. Your remaining balance (£100) would then be paid off in monthly instalments. The weekly instalment amount will be £50 per month for the following 2 months (1st of Each Month). 

Please Note: In the case that your Arrival Date is within 2 months the amount in which you have remaining to pay upon arrival can be paid in resort to the RR Rep Team. 

Deposit Now | Pay Balance In Resort: 

Should you opt for the 'Deposit Now | Pay Balance In Resort' option this shall allow you to secure your RR Zante+ Events Week Package with a deposit of £49. Your remaining balance (£75 / 85 EUR) would then be paid off at check-in stage in resort. 

Please Note: Remaining Balance must be paid in CASH. 

Pay In Full: 

By paying in full you are confirming and securing all of your events prior to travel. You will receive immediate confirmation of your RR Zante+ Events Week Package inclusive of your ticket QR code. Your event wristbands & tickets are redeemable once in resort with the RR Rep Team at either of the the Rep Route Offices located either at Enzo Bar / Cactus Hotel OR Mansion Pool Club. 

Information on where and how to redeem your tickets / QR code for wristbands shall be included in your event ticket email you receive immedaitely after confirming your Z+ Package.
